Is It Just Me, Or...

Here are the thoughts in my head. They may or may not make sense, but since when did my thoughts making sense become a requirement for putting them out in public? Never. I'm not one for self-censorship. Today my thoughts are about married friendships and the husband awkwardness situation. Is it just me, or was it easier to make friends before marriage? Back in the days when making a friend only included ONE person at a time. Just one. "You seem fun/smart, let's be friends. Just you." Once you get married, however, in stampedes all these other people into the equation. Now making friends with one person requires making friends with four or five others. And here's the problem with that. What I call The Husband Awkwardness Problem.
